Went in for my oil change and tire rotation. They didn't do the rotation so had to take it back again. Then upon completion of the tire rotation, I made it 2 blocks from the dealer when I heard a loud rattle. The front left wheel almost fell off because they didn't tighten the lug nuts. Had to walk back to the dealership and tell them. Then they went out and jacked the car up tightened the wheel and never checked if the wheel was damaged. Still waiting on a call from someone at the dealership to apologize and ask what can be done to fix this issue. You would think the service Manager would be concerned! I'm just lucky that this didn't result in a serious wreck or worse!!!

I asked for an oil and filter change and a tire rotation. Rick said my truck was ready, so I paid for the service. I walked out to my truck and noticed that the tires had not been rotated. I could tell, because I had the front tires replaced about 6000 miles ago. And the new tires were still on the front. I walked back into the service department and told Rick about the tires. He said he would have to check on it. Rick never came back. After some time, a young man came and took my truck back. After some more time, Rick came and told me the truck was ready. Rick apologized for the mess up and I left. If I had not checked before I left the parking lot, I would have paid for a tire rotation that I didn’t get.

I am not happy with the truck. They don't have trailer brakes that work. they are dangers with a trailer behind. some day they work but most days they don't work. I told them to fix it and not to just test it. But tasting is all they did. I read online that many 2022-2025 have this problem. I am a GM guy but I am seriously thinking of buying a Ford.

Bad EXPERIENCE at the Service department in LAMESA TEXAS need to do better. November 28, 2025 went to get my oil change, had my tire rotating after I got my car I notice passenger back rim was scratch where they were taking the tire off .. but of course they deny it. I KNOW IT HAPPEN THERE!! I take very good care of my car no one else drives it!! Then I had Rick Casillas ( works there) asked me if I had my tires rotating that would be the only way that could've happen and I told HIM YES THEY DID, HE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY THEN!!! Then I'm having trouble with ONSTAR has not be working so I took my car in for that he was kinda arguing with me telling me that was nothing wrong with my car..I took my car in on Dec 18, 2025 still have it heard anything back from him!!!
